To avoid having your visa application refused, you can consult with our office before you submit your application. The following types of visa may suit your application.
F Visa: Issued to an applicant who is invited to China for the purpose of visit, research, lecture, business, scientific-technological and cultural exchanges, short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of no more than six months.
L Visa: Issued to an applicant who comes to China for tourist purposes, visiting family or for other personal affairs such as short term study up to 3 months. Z Visa: Issued to an applicant who is to take up a post or employment in China for at least one year, and their accompanying family members. X Visa: Issued to an applicant who comes to China for the purpose of study, advanced studies or intern practice for a period of one year. |

For students currently residing outside China, a single entry tourist visa will be sufficient for the duration of the course. Most nationalities can obtain a tourist visa at the Chinese embassy in their own county, for a maximum of 90 days. Please click here to download the visa application form.
For students currently residing in China, ensure that your visa and passport are current and up-to-date. In the case of expired visas, the school can assist you either to extend your tourist (L) visa or alter it to a business (F) visa by issuing you with an invitation letter.
